Is there any way to "start" the DB after loading the modules using 
Class::DBI? Right now, several DB commands startup at when the modules are 
loaded which assume it knows where my modules are and all sorts of stuff.

What if I wanted my program to propmt the user for db location, username 
and password, and then connect to the db?
