As the last checkin will tell you, I have changed from REQUEST_URI to 
PATH_INFO . Check the new README. You need to:

change httpd.conf
add a new config param: cgi_path
check out all the changes in the templates. All paths now start look 
like: <a href="<TMPL_VAR NAME="cgi_path">/blargh.html">

Which remonds me that I forgot something. Hold on while I fix it...
