No, really ? ;-)

I don't think we'll have a huge strategy though.
I just would like to set aside the released versions and to be able to
create a branch actually a few days prior to release so some people
can work on big changes even while others try to stabilize the
upcoming release. (It is good even if both people will be only me :-)
So after browsing through the svn book (I am sorry I can read all
that, it is too much for me at one time)
I think we should go with the recommended 'project first' layout:
http://pti.co.il:82/svn/yapcom/
/yapcom
/branches
/trunk
/tags
/yapc_il_2004
/branches
/trunk
/tags
/gaming_conf
/branches
/trunk
/tags
/yapc_eu_2004
/branches
/trunk
/tags
yapcom
- the actual code with very simple templates
yapc_il_2004
- all the html pages, images, documents etc. needed for YAPC::Israel::2004
gaming_conf
- the additional pages of the gaming conference Yehuda mentioned
And if others will want to use this code for their own conference they can
get
yapc_eu_2004
- skin for YAPC::EU 2004
yapc_au_2004
- skin for YAPC::AU::2004
This way (I think) I can give commit access to the YAPC::EU people to
their own subtree without giving them commit rights to the code and let
them use these facilities to create their own skin if they will decide
to use yapcom.
What do you ppl think ?

at different offices of the same company. I think he never left SCM
since then.
There's stuff above here
